1961年東京生まれ。『山と溪谷』『岳人』等の専門誌の表紙等に写真を多数掲載。
1999年、北アルプス白馬岳・唐松岳の四季と題した写真集『美しき山稜』(アドミックス)、
2005年に『白馬 SHIROUMA』、2008年には『山の星月夜 -眠らない日本アルプス-』(小学館)を出版。
